Agreed fixed price and time with a defined SoW is best for clients that have a specific and definable project and/or budget in mind. Ideal for training programs or defined channel consulting projects such as partner research project, distribution review, partner program review, MDF reviews, or channel compensation alignment.
Hybrid SoW with follow up hours is best for clients with a defined project either training or consulting, but the implementation phase is undefined or will need further assistance, or will depend on the channel consulting project outcomes. However this follow on assistance can be budgeted for up front in the overall agreed SoW. Typically this follow on would be viewed by the client as coaching or mentoring to help with the field execution phase.
On demand quarterly fixed billing is for clients that typically use Strategy & Change for coaching & mentoring or as a “non executive director/sales manager” to attend or facilitate monthly meetings.
